Can my home loan company J B Nutter refi my loan with out telling me or my signing it with the FHA them forge my my name on a document with the county changing the loan number . The loan comapny tells us the FHA number is one number but the FHA says they refied it and the is different and call the loan comapny.

No it was not sold the same company that has the loan refied it without our knowledge or ever telling us then filed the new loan as a update with the county and froged my wife signiture as to approving the new loan ,We were never notified and have never seen this new note. They used a out of state notary and keep claiming the ould number to us but the FHA shows that loan as paid in full. The one we signed is paid the one we have never even seen nor signed is the on JB Nutter forged and then forged my wifes signiture with the county as well as not filling an abstract with the county. It is not a case of they sold the note they filed a fraud note without our knowledge. I am about to escrow our house payment.

Dis Att said file police report for the forgery and they will go after them fo r that but the balance is up to us to file civil chagres . And they wounder why people sre upset. This is a FHA backed loan that the FHA just let then do so evenafter they were told by us we did not do this and have the proof.
