Anyone have a unit for rent in this complex? I have lived it this complex before, but it seems hard to find listings for rentals. The office doesn't keep info on rentals. Nothing on Craigslist either.

Hmmm... that's a toughie. Quail Springs condos are in very high demand due to how cheap they are and being in Edmond schools. Also, they sell like hot cakes anytime a listing for one comes on the market.

However, if there is one that has funky colored wallpaper and can't sell for one reason or another, you might try calling the ones that are listed "for sale" and ask the Realtor if they would consider leasing it to you. If it has been sitting on the market for awhile, the seller sometimes gets tired of making the mortgage payment and decides to go ahead and lease it, especially if they have moved on and it is sitting vacant. Hope that helps, but that is a very high demand area.
