Great pics 2010!! Keep 'em coming. Looks like Devon will be doing a
major upgrade from its current highrise soon!
Its unusual to catch a blind person crossing a street downtown/midtown!! It really shows that OKCs DT is becoming a pedestrian friendly environment.
Looks like the progress on the hotel next to the ballpark is doing very well. You might see some of those windows get bashed in by the homeruns. That ballpark is a gem.
You should make a sticky thread of all the current projects going on right now, since there are a bunch of 'em.

. IMO they need to herd all of those stupid buffs into a warehouse, although I do like the OUHSC buff, because its funny and well done.
