Stillwater is also a good place to have rental property. If in a prime neighborhood, a two bedroom can rent around $750 a month.

Wow!!! That's cheap. A 2 bedroom in a crappy part of Anchorage goes for $1200 a month.

I also believe I read Anchorage has some of the most expensive housing in the US.
