I'm considering moving into Deep Deuce based on it's location and everybody I have "spoken" to who knows the place can't speak highly enough of it. However, all the reviews online are terrible. They complain of noise, leaking, bad staff and lost mail.

So far so good
Hi Lilly,
I moved to Deep Deuce a couple of months ago and I really like it. For someone that has lived in NYC and in Europe this was the place for me, at least at the moment. I live on a third floor so I don't hear any noise, but several times I have come home on a Friday or Saturday and you can tell there are big parties in some of the buildings. I wish I knew those people

A few times I have been at the pool and have heard that 1/3 of the people at the pool are not residents, not sure if true but kind of funny. It is the perfect place for single people since the pool on the weekends is always full. I don't have a lot of mail coming my way so I can't help you there but so far I don't think I have lost anything.
I really like the management. Lauren and Britney are great. They have always been friendly with me and help me when I needed their help. Hope this helps
