Hello all. Have a quick question. I have a friend of mine who is moving from Southern Oklahoma to Oklahoma City and is planning on purchasing a home. I was assisting him in his search and he's really liking some of the homes he's found on Yahoo Real Estate in the 'Inner City Northside' neighborhood. His price range is about $150 - $200K. I was just curious, is the ICN a real neighborhood as Yahoo says? If so, what is the area like? High Crime for his price range or any of that? Just trying to help out a bud. From the architecture of the homes, I was actually beginning to take a real liking to it as well. Any input is appreciated.
