I am looking for a place to live that has access to trains and busses. Is that possible to do in Oklahoma city? Or maybe Tulsa? Does Oklahoma city even have train stations and bus stops?

Yes, OKC has bus stops. My councilwoman-elect lives near downtown and has no car. And a family member of mine, who lives near Lake Hefner, lived a few weeks without a car and survived finely using the bus.

Can you? Yes, I think it can be done, but it won't be fun. There are city buses and there's uber. However, OKC is probably the least walkable and least urban city its size in the country. Living without a car is exceedingly difficult and will be expensive. I would say if you move here without a car, getting one should be your first order of business.
