Does anybody know of a really good restaurant, preferably a steakhouse, in or near Guymon that is special enough for a birthday? Can be in KS or TX, but within about 45 minutes of Guymon.

It's been a long time since some of us have been to Guymon, if ever. It's not a real small town, so there ought to be something.

There used to be a K Bobs in Guymon but I don't know if it's still there, and if the building houses a steakhouse.

Tried Eddie's.....pretty decent steak, average prices and large servings. Even had some Turkey Fries.......

Try Eddie's Steak and Seafood in Guymon... Definatly more Steak than Seafood but it is the best around the area. It is located off Hwy 54 in the Village Shopping Center.... (580) 338-5330

We did and were not impressed. If that is indeed the best the area can do it is sad. The steaks were stringy and tough, even in the med rare stage. And the rest of the food was pretty mediocre.
