I can't imagine your wife allowing you to throw that hodge podge together very often.

Needs a little tweaking tho. Perhaps some bacon bits on top?
My wife loves it. Just when she came in I was preparing the meal and she said "oh, you're making the goodies!"

BTW, I add potatoes, some cut up hot dogs, and even spam all of the time!

Have at it, you'll like it! Mine will be done in just a little bit. It has potatoes, one cut up hot dog, hot sauce, soy sauce, and garlic pepper in there as well.. Yum..

So do you cook the potatoes before you add them to the skillet? At what point do you put the potatoes in?

LOL!

OMG, Synopse, I have never made anything that looks like that!!

That looks like hurl-pot-pie!

Just kidding. I get a lot of my ideas from cooking shows.

And truth be known, I took a cooking class from 9th grade to 12th grade. Then I worked in steak houses in my younger days. I used to make steaks, halibut, prep foods, etc. I even had a job on Hollywood Blvd at Love's Wood Pit Bar-b-q.

There's a lot of miles under my heels.

I remember getting off at 1 AM and seeing the hookers fighting over a street corner between Sunset Blvd and Hollywood Blvd.
