We have a serious need for development in this county with gas exploration and other businesses (Sand, Trucking, Pipe) The problem is that most people who want a home here have to buy or build in other towns and drive to work (Over 1,500 - Some drive from Ft. Smith).

We have only had about 6 new homes built in the area, in the last 4 years by people who already live here.

Currently we are working on a plan to sell property for market value if a developer will build good homes. It is adjacent to city utilities, and electricity.
If you are a developer or know one who would like to make money, please contact me at donoley@yahoo.com with your ideas.
