I'm seeking a person who has a bay pen so I can see if my blue lacy still has the stuff it takes to be a hog dog. Contact me privately. Thank you. I also am in the market for a registered catahoula pup from working parents.

We have a few groups of hunters who hunt the hogs. My DH supervises it and it is some amount of trouble to show the boundaries, possible areas where they wily critters might be, give directions etc. We don't charge, we were just trying to get rid of the hogs.

We have been talking with the Ranger here, and we think we are going to try trapping them next.

Peggy,
Are you saying you would entertain allowing a group of hunters to come to your property and hunt hogs?
I am part of a group of hunters who hunt deer, turkey, birds and ect. Ethical, safe and responsible but not wealthy enough to sustaine guide fees. But could possibly scrape up a few dollars for you for the opportunity to hunt.
If there is a possibility of hunting on your property once or twice a year I would really like to visit with you.
We would not be using dogs, we would have to stalk or sit and wait. But sure would like to try it out.
I have hunted hogs in Texas (wild hunt on private land) one time at night and one time in Oklahoma during the day (penned hunt). Loved them both.
Thank you for your time.

Timmie

P.S.
I am new to the forum and didn't realize how long ago Peggy had posted. I may be too late speaking with her.

I'm looking for some place in OK. to hunt hogs. I would be willing to help remove them for you. If you want to trap them I will help with that for a chance to hunt some. we hunt in several stayes .

I'm still interested in helping out as well. I have been reading horror stories about feral hogs in the Tulsa area now. Seems they're going on the rampage in various farms in the area. I'm only 2 hours or so away!
