Unfortunately... We'll become known as "The Laters".
(And I know for a fact YOU weren't there back in the land run days... Not even your ancestors.)

Hmmm. We will have to clarify our screening process. #1 for me is all newcomers have to have a sense of humor. #2 Know how to keep a secret . Looks like you have passed the screening process too, Colleen!

I have looked and looked there are no homes for sale in Pauls Valley. I must be doing something wrong.

I'm sure there are SOME homes for sale. It's too large of a town not to have a few. What websites are you using? Either that or it's an even better town than I thought. Nobody wants to leave!

That's why we're looking at OK.

If you look at my thread (//www.city-data.com/forum/oklah...kay-us-30.html)... You'll see that I asked all you Okies to make OK sound perfectly awful to outsiders...
I don't want it to get spoiled anymore than you locals... Otherwise, I'd stay in NH.

BTW... That's a VERY mature outlook for a 17 year old... I commend both you and your parents....

I promise NOT to try to change anything when I get there.
(Otherwise I'd just stay in NH.)

M.
I attribute that outlook to come from growing up in a great place with wonderful friends and family. I could care less if we have hollywood movies or broadway plays here. We've got everything you really need. Anything we don't have is just down the road in Dallas anyway.
