What's your favorite Christmas song and is there a reason?

Mine is "Christmas In Dixie" by ALABAMA. To me it's very "Heart jurking"

This video is too
It's best to watch it on full screen (bottom right hand corner on video)

"Heavy Metal Holly" by Trapper.
(They're a band we used to open for back in my musician days... 1980. )

"I want a record by The Cars and the new Cheap Trick, Fa LA LA LA LAHHH, LA LA LA LA!"

That's the only line I can remember these days.

John Lennon, whos that??? Paul was the one I had a crush on.

I like so many Christmas carols. "Mary, did you know..." is beautiful. So is "O Holy Night". "Jerusalem" is also beautiful. In the church I grew up in, we had some awesome soloists and my second cousin always sang that song at Christmastime. She had such a beautiful and strong voice that the windows shook in our church and it wasn't a small church either. She later went on a choir tour over in Europe because she sang so well. She was in the Miss America pageant and made it into the top ten which allowed her to sing nationally so that's how here talents were discovered by the rest of the world.

I love the piano music for "Star of the East" and always felt like an accomplished musician when I made it through that song. "Little Drummer Boy" is still one of my faves. Oh geesh, I could never pick just one.

My daughter (a huge Beatles fan) informs me that the correct title is "So War Is Over".
