I just did one of those slideshows that provide interesting but useless facts. The one I followed was "The 25 Richest Country Music Stars"

And I noticed something.
Vince Gill.
Carrie Underwood
Garth Brooks
Blake Sheldon
Reba McIntyre
Ronnie Dunn of Brooks and Dunn
Toby Keith
Joe Don Rooney

32% of the richest country music stars are Okies.

If you add Miranda Lambert, wife of Blake Sheldon to the list of Okies, we have 36%.

and Garths wife, Trish Yearwood, belongs on the list as does Amy Grant (although she isn't country).

Maybe it's the Sonic burgers?

The water in this part of OK has taken a turn for the worse. Briney fracking water is gross!

It's the lack of anything better and more exciting to do in Oklahoma.

No, no, these top quality musicians were surely never bored and didn't expect the state to provide entertainment for them.

Yet another overt example of our State being the best!

But we all better quiet down about our greatness......too many Northerners & East/West Coasters moving in here will ruin the whole deal.

And I have no idea why Redbird is sour about the water.....my well-water is very refreshing.

Default Probably

The residue water is probably brackish because of the depth of the drilling and the fact a special sand must be added to the drilling process. If you really want to know I can find out for you.

I would not advise you or your family to drink it in any form - not even coffee or tea. I would not advise you to clean with it, or use it for any type of cooking -- not even to soak beans or peas. I would not take a bath in it, or brush my teeth in it. I would only shower. If you have a toddler do be super vigilant.

If the oil company people and their supporters think it's harmless, then they should drink it.
