We know that the chicken people have had to quit producing chickens cause of a flue or something, right? So the price of eggs has gone through the roof.

Now I hear Greece is broke and getting kicked out of Europe..........When that happens, who will take care of all the goats? I bet Greek yogurt hits $20.00 a gallon in the near future. I'm thinking I might want to stock up before the market realizes there is going to be a shortage.

This Greek thing's got me wondering... what kind of an animal is gyro meat, it's a bit odd, like possum or coon or ? Can we raise them in SW OK?

They haven't quit producing chickens, but a lot, millions, are having to be destroyed because of an illness. Millions. It's a mess.

Isn't gyro meat lamb?

It's supposed to be a blend, so what does the critter look like to produce such interesting shapes?

Makes sense, since octopus IS a staple of many Mediterranean recipes.
