There were some pretty good posts on that thread. I could not rep one of the posters, so I guess I read the thread way back when.

Except they talked about OKC too much. The forum was supposed to be about small town/rural. Our dirt road is flooded on both ends, but the flooding is normal and very shallow.

BTW, the property next to ours is a trailer and 5 acres and it sold for $28K.
