What so bad about it? Stillwater loves Wal-Mart so much that there are two of them with a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market planned for next year.

In Stillwater, if you look at the two nearest strip malls to the Perkins Rd Wal-Mart, they are both packed with little mom and pop type stores. One of the strip malls finally put on a modern facade to cover up its dull warehouse look. In effect, the huge traffic to Wal-Mart is very good for locally started stores.

I don't think I've ever been to Stillwell. My knowledge of it is reading about the 3 little girls murdered in a Girl Scout Camp there years ago, so when I hear of Stillwell, that's what I think of. I just looked on a map and notice there is another town in Oklahoma named Maryetta, north of Stillwell. How do they keep it separate from Marietta in the southern part of the state? Surely there is some confusion.
