Yeah, and apparently OKC's clubs don't play up to date music either.

Most already stay out of KS and OK. Maybe we can go full Lochte and tell people we have tornadoes that also rob us at gunpoint?

As for Florida, considering everything you hear about Florida, tornadoes are actually something good in that state!

They don't. OKC clubs today are playing the exact playlist big city clubs had back in 2009 and 2010. Not that it really matters, but the reason for it stems back to the very conservative culture here and the fact that time does quite move at the speed it does in the rest of the US.

I never heard of any state's conservative culture determining what the deejays play in clubs. LMAO! Do you really believe that or are you just digging into your bag of negatives and pulling one out of your hat?

My god, bawac.

^ LOL seriously, what a ridiculous statement. What clubs do you go to, bawac? Even Cowboys, of all places in OKC, plays up-to-date music; pop, hip hop, R&B, etc. Jeez.

He started a thread about it on another forum. I suppose all those conservative preachers have those deejays cow towed. Or perhaps the deejays do their hedonistic thing on Saturday night and go to church on Sunday morning and that's what causes them to temper down the music.

Or maybe it's just that the wagon train with the records doesn't get to OKC for four years after the records get made in Californee.

I was wondering what you were referring to in another thread. You would think he (bawac) goes to gay bars. In the olden days, gay bars were known for playing the latest in music.

Chris, you need to try hitting https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NW_39th_Street_Enclave. There are quite a few bars in a small area. I am sure you know that, but at least you might find a few hours of happiness. Your statements are really getting out there. I hope you find happiness, even if it comes in a bottle or a one night stand. This is not a put down. Get out and have some fun. Meet people. Not everyone in Oklahoma is on a such a total bummer trip as you like to think. http://www.habanainn.com/ Even the Habana Inn has three bars. A piano bar, a disco, and a C&W bar. Get out and kick your heels up and let your hair down. Or at least get drunk! http://www.gayly.com/
