I'm sure you can find a job, but the reason that jobs will be available is that the pay and workload are terrible. The State of Oklahoma is not a good employer.

This is true. Even before the budget shortfalls, the State would take everything you've got and then spit you out. All State agency's have the same workload being done with much less workforce. Every agency is undergoing huge cutbacks. And I always viewed social work as one of those burnout fields.

OTOH, a good job with good benefits is hard to find. Find a job and stick with it.
