I'm personally all for it.

I'm a Southern Baptist. Like many (if not most) Okies, I'm strongly Pro-Life in my leanings.

BTW, I'm a Democrat and always will be.

I'm not for it. I feel like I'm always going back and forth between being pro-life and pro-choice, but signs to be put up in restrooms is ridiculous.

Typical Oklahoma-style pandering to the Baptists. Whether or not you are pro-life or pro-choice, this will do nothing to curb abortion. What this will do though is give legislators points with the voters when running for re-election. In Oklahoma, it seems like this is top priority for the legislature, which is why you see so many anti-abortion and anti-gay bills while so many other topics that need to be addressed are not addressed. Most Oklahomans only care that their government is fighting abortion and the gay agenda.

I don't remember any recent legislation promoting anti-gay initiatives.

The Oklahoma congress is very strong against abortion, however, which I like.

Oklahoma had the most anti-gay bills proposed last year of any state in history.

This is an unfunded mandate. The state isn't paying for the signs. So the businesses have to shell out cash to put up the signs.

Maybe they should put the signs up on dumpsters. But seriously, how pathetic is this society when they have NO ABORTIONS signs in the bathroom. Are there that many women having abortions in Oklahoma's restrooms?

Many sponsored by one, odious woman. And they were all defeated! I think that's worth a lot.

Hopefully there are less this year. Dan Fischer, Josh Brecheen, and John Bennett are three legislators to watch out for, but given the failure of these bills the past few years and without the support of Sally Kern, I wonder if they will really push for that this year.
