Hurrah you just git yourself back to Oklahoma. You know that is odd, all the friends my husband made while working in Ma. were real nice people.

He told me of a time when he was putting things in a trash barrel and there was this huge possum in there, well perceeded to pick that possum up by the tail and those guys thought it was a huge rat and couldn't believe he picked it up. He was a forman for MA Mortenson construction company, he sure did get ribbed over his southern accent, but they got it back, they don't say their r's. But all in all they were great people. I am sorry you haven't found people like that yet, hopefully you will soon, it makes you real homesick when things aren't going so great.

It is also beautiful in areas up there.

A dog I had once brought a possum in our house. I woke my husband up and told him we had a possum in the house, and he picked it up by the tail and took it outside. I was a little shocked by that. I thought it would bite him.

Yep they are biters, if you had've laid him down he probably would have played dead, that's the way they usually will do, I guess that's why they call em' Opossums, except we call them possums.

He looked more like a stocky built doberman, without the ear work and he still had his tail. He could have been part lab.

Ummmm.... Peggy.....

What was the topic here again?

Sorry... GP's been away and I felt someone had to pick up
the slack for him.

BTW......

GP was mistaken...
The gun show is in May.
EXPO SQUARE - Tulsa, Oklahoma (http://www.exposquare.com/es/index.asp - broken link)

Do you guys plan to attend the big gunshow in October?

Might be a good place for a forum meet-up....
I'm sure your husband would agree.

The Wannamachers Gun show is the big one. The RK show and the other ones are decent, but not as big
