I really want to vote in person, because I've heard how mail in ballots are prone to voter fraud. I am afraid that even if I bring my mail in ballot and deliver it in person to the elections board, it could still be more prone to voter fraud and manipulation vs. actually voting at the polling place.

I am in Canadian County. I've heard that lines at the polling place and election board are horrendously long. Is it better if you arrive on early voting days, right before the election board office opens?

I simply go to my polling place on election day to vote in person. Better to vote before 5pm, if you don't want a long wait in line. Be sure to wear a mask.

You brought up the election board. You only go there if you want to vote in person early, but unlike in some states, it only lasts for a few days before election day in Oklahoma. I've never heard of any fraud done with the early votes.
