I loved it!! Recognized alot of myself in that video...

Loved the E-card that you sent too... Thanks so much. *HUGS*

Way cool, LR. I used to always make homemade cards for my mom. Even into my teen years. I later found out she kept every single one of them. I think its a blessing to have a good mom. And a good father. I was lucky.

Because unfortunately, not everyone has that blessing. My mom was very short, but she was not afraid to pick up a belt and administer some strapping when we needed it!!! Some call it tough love, I don't. I think it is just telling kids what they need to hear when they need to hear it. She retired from LAPD.

Loved that video. Saw a little of myself, too. Reminds me a little of TK's "Whiskey Girl."

Sounds like a case of the pot calling the kettle black to me Seab....

I'm on "Dinner-Call #4", and I want to live...
So, I'll "C'ya in the AM" pal...
Yae! Yae! I used the (DW) for Dear Wife and I've done it in the pass when I refer to my best half. But I don't talk like that on a constant basis and I done drop whole words and replace them with a single letter. Like "how are (R) you doing?" Or, "do you (U) know you sound retarded?" To abbreviate a word in a sentance is one thing, but to chop up the whole sentance with the use of single letters just sounds retarded and lazy.
I don't tex message people, so, there for I don't wish to learn it and I do try to use proper capital lettering when needed.

So, Happy Mothers Day to you Moms out there. I do hope that your loved ones take you out to a fine dinner and you don't have to cook for them.
