(Apologies to the guy who was on the forum a while back who has pet tarantulas.)

Seriously... I catch and release quite a few spiders... And "Tex" has been on the phone with me once during such an operation over my bed last Sunday, so I have a witness.
(I sent that particular spider on a tour of the Tulsa sewer system.)

But.... If a full grown tarantula was in the house, I'd have no problem using the old .177 caliber... (With prejudice!)

A tiny bit of joint compound or spackle would hide the damage nicely...
Especially on Mrs. CG's marbled wall paint jobs.

That would be Steve-O with the "pets." I wish I had his fortitude concerning all things slithery and crawly..

I have a real phobia when it comes to BIG spiders. I wish I could get over it because I realize they are beneficial.

But I get the shivers when one shows up.. Brrrr...

Wonder whatever happened to him?
Hope one of his "pets" didn't do him in.

That's not a phobia....
That's NORMAL bro.

I only catch and release the big ones because I don't like the mess
it makes when I use the mallet....
(We need an "eww." emoticon here.)

Those of you that know about snakes and bugs etc. Do you know what those little flying bugs are that look like ants? They look like flying ants and they are appearing everywhere. I have seem some of the strangest insects here.
