Can't find a lot of info on the area. Looking at a home on the outskirts. We have a family and work out of the house. We want safety and don't mind some drug activity, but would mind property theft/burglary, etc.

No wonder you can't find a lot of info, since Watts is such a tiny town. It's so tiny everybody knows each other, so I doubt there will be much crime or drugs.

I like that it's close enough to fayetteville, yet still Oklahoma, for various personal reasons.

Wouldn't be a bad spot. Pretty country and close to the mountains. Siloam Springs is a really nice town and is right by there. Really poor area though. That area has held on to it's native population of Cherokee. So lots of Cherokee and Keetowah (different branch of Cherokee based on civil war politics) culture in that area.
