Each State is a sovereign nation State -

Letter of Request for Sovereignty Resolution No State needs permission form the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CORPORATION (Federal Government) for anything, nor are the States bound to "obey" edicts that emanate from the US Congress or the Executive branch of the US government..
The federal government is subservient to the States and all government is subservient to We the People. The federal government has infringed on OUR RIGHTS and has committed many usurpations of power against the States and We the People..
(re: pg 51, Links to infringements and usurpations)
Over a period of several Administrations the federal government has attempted subversion of the US Constitution and State's Rights placing unfunded mandates and "Acts" upon the States. The federal government has illegally placed properties of the States as collateral for US debt. By means of its legislation, presidential directives, executive orders, and signing letters the federal government is in breach of contract for Statehood with all 50 States..
It is a legal and moral obligation of the States to defend their Rights and the Rights of Citizens. It is the moral and legal obligation of the States to posses their lands, that each States' Governor have control over their State Militia, and that each State exercise all its right without illegal encumbrances, infringements of Rights and usurpations of power by the Feds.
The US Constitution is the Primary Law of the Land and supporting Supreme Court decisions uphold the legal position of the Sovereignty of the States. A Sovereignty Resolution, or even a Writ of Intent to Secede, does NOT dissolve the united States of America..
There is no quarrel between the States; the ties that bind US together are the Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights, the original US Constitution, freedom of travel, and no tariffs on commerce between the States..There are ONLY two mandates for the federal government and that is to provide for the common defense (US military) and promote the general welfare (regulate commerce)..
There is no need or desire to dissolve the united States of America or the original US Constitution. Both moral and legal obligations exist to dissolve the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CORPORATION; and along with it the Federal Reserve (It is a privately owned bank - not federal, nor does it have any reserves); the IRS which is corporation registered in Puerto Rico and serves as a private collection agency for the unconstitutional Federal Reserve); and the absolution of many alphabet soup government agencies (also unconstitutional corporations that may be owned in whole or in part or not at all by the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CORP.)..
A Sovereignty Resolution or a Writ of Intent to Secede is a legal maneuver to put the subservient federal government on notice that its mandates, infringements of Inalienable Rights, and usurpations of power will not be complied with. It is notification that if the federal government (US Congress in particular) does not address the grievances of the States and of We the People that the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CORP. will be shut down and government according to the Constitution be re-instated.
The federal government has tried to turn the Rule of Law upside down. We the People are the sovereigns, the States are over the federal government, and the federal government is subservient to We the People and the States - that is the Rule of Law..
This is not entered into lightly. It is a serious matter, and necessary to ALL Americans' Inalienable Rights and States' Rights. The Primary Laws for such actions are in the US Constitution, and supporting Supreme Court decisions uphold the Constitutionality of the States' Sovereignty..
Please find a sample letter to send to your State Legislators below. Simply copy and paste or edit as desired..
Here's a link to locate your State Legislature Representatives and Senators, and your members of Congress to the federal government.

Please re-post this to all your friends and ask them to e-mail it to all their friends. The responsibility of We the People has nothing to do with individual political affiliation or persuasion.

Sample Letter of Request for Sovereignty Resolution

Senator (State Senator name)
Senator (State Senator name)
Representative (State Rep name - you only have one State Representative for your district)
Senator (US Congress Senator name)
Senator (US Congress Senator name)
Representative (US Congress Rep name - you only have one US Representative for your district)

The federal government is in breach of contract with our Statehood. They have placed burdensome unfunded mandates upon our State, have infringed upon and committed usurpations of our State's Rights, and upon the Rights of the individual citizens.
Please refer to the Oklahoma Sovereignty Resolution as an example of my request for a Sovereignty Resolution for our State.
Our State would be much better off financially and more secure in our persons and property without the dictatorial position of the federal government's illegal and unconstitutional presence, mandates, illegal collateralization of our State's property for US debt, and the commandeering of our State's Militia for illegal and unconstitutional wars.
Please fulfill your moral and legal obligation, and honor your Oath of Office by introducing or co-sponsoring a Sovereignty Resolution for our great State.
Sincerely,
(your name - required)
(your address - required)
(your phone # - not required)

THOSE LINKS ARE NO GOOD!!!

I RECIEVED THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE...EVERYONE BE WARNED!!

Quote:
The link you are trying to visit has been disabled.

You have reached a link that is no longer in service. That means the link was very naughty, and, much like head lice, had to be eliminated before it spread.

You may be asking yourself, "Hey, what was it about that link that got it in trouble?" An excellent question! Usually, it's one of the following reasons:

- The link was spam! No one likes spammers, and we don't like their links.

- You almost got phished! There are people out there who want to steal your MySpace password. They want to log in as you and send spam, harass your friends, change your profile, and generally run amok. Phishing pages are usually designed to look like MySpace to trick you. Other sites may also ask for your MySpace login information to customize your profile, insert videos or slide shows, track visitors, or any number of other things. Don't make it easy for them. ONLY USE YOUR MYSPACE LOGIN INFO ON MySpace!!

- Viruses are not fun! Neither is adware, spyware, or malware. We cut the links to places that are known sources of infection.

If you really did want to check out some spam, viruses, or phishing pages, we're really sorry to have interrupted. We're sure you can find it elsewhere. There's plenty on the Internet

A tell tale sign is the lack of editing from the post. If whoever posted it had bothered to read it, they would have seen the lack of coherence. IT was a cut and paste thread without quotes. Told me that it was likely stupid to read and dangerous to follow a link.

My bad on the links - they were working a few days ago - don't know why they have been taken down - not a spam or phishing scheme - maybe too much bandwidth from downloading the PDFs? Hey, give a first attempt at posting a break.

Besides, the point is States' Rights and your Rights that the Feds are trampling on. Oklahoma did the morally and legally correct thing with its Sovereignty Resolution - the Federal Government is in breach of contract with the Statehood of ALL 50 States. That's the point.

If the Feds are not backed down to their proper role of subservience to We the People and the sovereign nation States by the Rule of Law you will find yourselves living in a police state with no Rights and the USA dissolved for the NAU.

Oklahoma's unemployment rate dropped dramatically immediately after passing their anti-illegal immigration law, and that is what triggered their Sovereignty Resolution when the Feds tried to over-ride it.

I do appreciate the heads up on the bad links, but the issue is bigger than the technical problem. A bit surprised one can not delete a post and repost with corrections. Oh, this is my first attempt at a "Quick Reply" too.

One of the real problems in establishing the sovereignty of the states was the civil war. It pretty well denied the states the right to secede which is the ultimate test of being sovereign.

I would, however, really like to see the same rights applied to the Indian Nations. I am sick and tired of the BIA and Washington and OKC telling the NA's what we can and can't do with our own people, on our own land.
