The first Baptist Church in Duncan today lowered gas prices from 3.89 to 3.39. This was a one day occurence, but they say it will happen again, but I can't say because I don't want LR to know about it
It is strange because there's no story in the paper about it. only a video(Below) I'll do some research and try and find more information and when it's scheduled again.

Gee THANKS "Friend" Funny thing?? You know our Daughter works for the company that owns that store... even SHE didn't hear about it till after the fact!

I'm not sure I would want to battle the crowds anyway. And WHICH First Baptist sponsored it? (I wanna know who to tease for not telling )

Edit: N/M I figured out which Church it was.

In San Antonio, in the late 60's, the gas stations used to have price wars. Once or twice I remember someone selling gas for 20 cents/gallon. That was a long time ago.
