What do you think of the Norman PD? Is it a dangerous job? How about living in Norman or Moore?

Being a Police Officer is ALWAYS a dangerous job, no matter where they work.

But according to their website: Norman Police Dept. (http://www.ci.norman.ok.us/police/history.htm - broken link)

The Norman Police Department is fortunate in that only two officers in our history have been killed in the line of duty.
That is pretty darn good for a town that size!
