If there's no "internal Combustion engine" I'll pass on it. I'm alittle old fashion. Isn't GP the computer Guy? or is it "Computer Guy"?

In my dreams! LOL. We'uns is po folks! Our old rider is all duct tape and baling wire. There is no way in h3ll we could afford one of those John Deere ZTR's.

We just keep fixing our 16 year old rider and it chugs along. Doesn't cut even as one of the blades drags on the ground while the other is 4 inches above the ground!

John Deere
ZTR..
Self propelled mucher.

No cows, no anything that eats grass. Well, maybe a pygmy goat, but I'd have to keep it inside the house at night and prove it was a house pet, not livestock - not that desperate. Yet.

Gonna walk into town later and see what's available - if f had all that $$ I wasted on lousy mowings, I could afford a decent used ZTR. Live and learn, I guess.

Check the yard sales. I noticed alot of people are trying to sell their used mowers now. The problem with that is, there's a reason for everything.

Sears and Tractor Supply is selling ZTR's right now
The pic, I posted is a mid sized. There are smaller ones. Dixon, MTD,( Cub Cadet, Yardman, Yard Machine,White, Bolens,Grasshopper (Not brass door knocker).
(Factory defects have been found on some "Cub Cadets" this year) Cub Cadets are yellow and green like John Deere except John Deere is green with yellow trim, Cub Cadets are yellow with green trim.

Note:
make sure that the mower you get has a "Briggs and Stratton" engine, not "Tecumseh".

Is the underside of the deck packed with grass and dirt?(if you cut wet grass it is) Check for bent/broken deck hangers, flat tires, misaligned deck rollers, broken spindles and blade adaptors.

What's the make of it and the model number?

You can hang the dingleberries on her handlebars! She's a tough Alaska woman!

MK, I'll have to get back to you on the model. I know it is a 94 model.
