It also depends on who's equipment your using and how much of a hassel it is. Does that unclude trimming?

What it generally seems to include is cutting what I want to save (like little trees that have stakes by them) and not cutting what I want done the most. Mr. ZTR won't go anywhere near the drainage ditch becaude he might fall in even though it's been rock-solid since the WPA built it, and the last one I paid last fall... Well, I told him to START BY THE DITCH, that was the most important part and I wanted it done. He started at the other end of the property and used his weed wacker to kill a bunch of little trees after he pulled the stakes out and blooming perennials but refused to do the part I wanted. He said his mower was too old - naturally, he didn't say that before he started, and he wanted to be paid in full because he 'cleaned up' around the house, etc, with the weed wacker..

Your suppose to show him the do's and don'ts and most lanscaper don't get paid until the customer is satisfied. (never pay a landscaper in advance)

Just humor us. Pretend you know. Her yard is one small city block.
Her yard is so big, you can hear this song at night.

In the jungle, the mighty jungle, the karibear sleeps tonight...

It's not that bad. The horse and goats were a lot more effective, believe me. Doesn't really matter what it costs, I can't afford it now, anyway.

What?! No way! LOL!

That is why mk has a ZTR with a cup holder on it. I saw one lawn mower dude yesterday with a little sun umbrella over the top. You know like you see on tractors?
