KI BOIS Area Transit System

Normally it only cost a dollar to get into town and a dollar to come back home. That's a heck of a lot cheaper than normal taxi cabs

Is OKC even that humid in the summer? I moved here in November, and some people say OKC is humid while others say it is quite dry during the summer.

When I think "humid," I think of the Gulf Coast. Of course the humidity in OKC is nothing compared to the Gulf.

But what about compared to Dallas?

What about compared to Tulsa?

I've heard Tulsa and Dallas are both more humid than OKC. Between Tulsa and Dallas, which is more humid during the summer?

Also, what is the average summer daytime max. dewpoint in OKC? Tulsa? 65F? 70-72F? To me, a dew point of 65F is nothing--I have seen plenty of 80F dew points.

Like all the rest of the year in Oklahoma, summer is a mixed bag. Usually you can count on some humidity up to about the 4th of July. In July and August if it gets really hot it dries out. If it doesn't get above say 95 degrees it will stay humid.

Dallas is more humid because it's closer to the gulf. Tulsa is slightly more humid because it gets more moisture.

We've seen summers where it got to 100 degrees and stayed there all summer and we've seen summers where it never hit 100 degrees. And pretty much everything in between.

Put the goldfish on a leash and go for a swim with it. It is pouring down cats and dogs.

We didn't get any snow. But I would not mind getting a stimulus check!
