Has anyone else currently unemployed having much fun as I am trying to file each week. the website is CONTSTANTLY down for "repairs" the phone lines are alwas busy. Is there any better time than others. I have tried all hours of day and night. I guess this is one way to avoid paying out a claim- make it impossible to file

Has anyone else currently unemployed having much fun as I am trying to file each week. the website is CONTSTANTLY down for "repairs" the phone lines are alwas busy. Is there any better time than others. I have tried all hours of day and night. I guess this is one way to avoid paying out a claim- make it impossible to file
