I don't know about getting off points that are already there, but I would imagine taking some kind of class might work. Call the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety.

My son had a speeding ticket, but he went to court and spoke with the prosecutor, and they waived points, he just had to pay the fine. Now he has another ticket. Hope it's a different prosecutor!

My husband got 2 taken off his record with a defensive driving class and it also gives you a 15% reduction on insurance. You can do this every 6-12 months, I believe.

After driving 30+ years with a clean record in Ca. I received my first speeding ticket when i moved to OK.
During the hearing I stood up and spoke to the judge on my own behalf.
I said, "Your Honor, if you've seen my record you will notice that I don't make it a habit of speeding. I'm fairly new in OK and I'm trying to adjust to the different drivng patterns in Ok, compared to Ca. I ask for some leaniency.
He said: Mr. Farnam I see that you've held a clean slate so I'm only charging you 40,00 and it won't show up on your record......this time.
