The title says cost of living, but really I want to narrow down the property tax, house insurance and house payment. IF you do not mind me asking...I am currently looking at a house that is $129,500 and was looking at roughly how much the prop tax and insurance will be on it roughly. I'm sure its not much different then here in Duncan... I will probably be moving early next year, taking a job offer in El Reno but do not want to live in El Reno (no offense). Maybe a bought house for X amount and payments a Y amount? And is one cheaper than the other (Yukon or Mustang)?

TIA!

Hate to say this, considering all the experts on here that can advise you on everything from which supermarket is best to where the best jobs are, but ask your insurance agent about insurance rates........heck, go to the GEICO website and get quotes......15 minutes and it's so easy a Kiowa can do it. Then make two phone calls......one each to the county courthouse and ask what the tax rate is for the address's you are considering.
