Are there good 2 BR apartments or condos downtown (with views, security, etc) the rent for about $1500 per month or that are on sale for around $250 to $300,000? Any suggestions? Any specifically geared toward older (70+) residents? Any in the developing Creighton Corridor?

Midtown Crossing has Condos for 300k I do believe.... But actually, with that price range, you could get a lot of stuff downtown. I'll give you some links.

I can't think of anything downtown geared towards older (70+) residents. Of course noone is going to stop you from living there, but for the most part it's a lot of young professionals and college students.

None are geared toward older residents, but there are a lot of empty nesters down town. Probably the majority of the condo owners.
