Hello,

I'm moving to Omaha next week and looking to live in the downtown/midtown area. I would love a condo or apt with some character (aka exposed brick) and also need laundry & a dishwasher.

I'm a 24-year old professional that needs to stay under 750 a month (for rent) for a place.

Any suggestions? I've looked into Lofts at 15th but have seen pretty bad review for the place...anyone know if its true?

Thanks!

I have heard good things about the Skinner Macaroni Building. Their rooftop deck has some of the cites best views too.
