Well, a headlock will not result in a felony. So, he will be able to vote again. And even if he did get convicted of a felony he can petition to regain his voting rights.

Regardless of if people think homosexuality is right or wrong or
if Neo Nazis are right or wrong.
A "Gay" parade is just stating what the participants choice of sexual partner is.
Do they have the right to have a parade? Yes
Is it silly? Yes

By the logic you are applying, christians choose to be christians they should never have an outward public gathering!

Why would the fact that gays choose to be gay (which I entirely disagree with), have any bearing on whether gays have a parade, rally or any other means for gathering?

The simple fact that they want to have a parade should suffice. I think if Neo nazis can march we can find room for a harmless gay pride parade!!

They are so much more than about who we have sex with. If you can't see it than there's no point in wasting my time trying to explain it.

Well perception is very important. While I lived in Omaha
all the gay people I met were all about getting attention
using an in your face attitude.

Maybe if it was renamed "Gay Rights Parade"

People like me that are uniformed on the subject would
understand more easily and may side with your efforts.

It has been a few years since I lived in Omaha and I went to one
GaY Pride parade with interest.

All I saw was people playing dress up and chanting "I am gay and I am proud".

Ya...and I think part of the point is they are "proud" of being gay and don't feel its necessary to apologize to you, me or anyone else for their lifestyle.

If heterosexuals were ridiculed for their lifestyle I can promise you there would be hetero pride rallies everywhere.

People can argue up and down about the issue but to me it simply boils down to one question. How does being gay or allowing gay marriage hurt you or me?? Answer: it doesn't.

Actually, October is National Pork Month.

I wonder if this is mere coincidence?
