I am considering a move to Omaha and would like to find a high rise apartment in the downtown/midtown area with a price range of 750-850. Is this a possibility? It doesn't necessarily have to be new construction but if it is an older structure I would prefer it to be nice condition. I have heard there are some buildings with as many as 9 floors but I don't know where these are located. As I mentioned, I would prefer downtown/midtown.

Old Market Lofts, The Greenhouse Lofts, Rorick, Westbrook Tower, Masonic Manor (if you're old and crusty), The Orpheum Tower Apts, Macaroni Apartments...And I'm sure there are others. Just at the top of my head. Good Luck.

I am not old and crusty, lol. I know there are some newly constructed units downtown but they can be a bit expensive. Thanks for the information.
