if you're single, no debt or other obligations, want to rent a 1bd and are good with money then I would say $75k/yr should afford you quite a good life.

hey, I did say that it would be a *small* condo...

besides, I always thought those Ikea displays that show you how you can maximize space in a tiny area were pretty clever.

I haven't been to IKEA in ages. I heard they actually sell decent food inside now.
