While I lose my unemployment benefits if I work 2 part-time jobs over the Holidays that total over 40 hours when combined?

yup. Then again this is one of the reasons why unemployment insurance is a bad idea - it gives people and incentive to NOT WORK. I know people who are making more on unemployment than they will make working 40hrs/week 8$/hr at wal-mart.
