Hello! My husband just got a job in Aliso Viejo and we're moving down there in a couple of months. We haven't had a chance to look for housing yet so we're not sure where we'll end up. But somewhere around Mission viejo/aliso viejo/irvine I think.

I have 2 kids (one 2.5 and one 4) and am looking for good preschools for them (even if not together). Right now, my 2.5 year old attends Bright Horizons (a really nice daycare) and my son who's 4 just started at the French Immersion School of Washington. It's a really nice private school with a great french immersion program.

I'm looking for either a french immersion program (already know of the Lila school but would love to check out others) or a spanish immersion program or just a really good private school. For my 2.5 year old daughter, I'd ideally want her to attend the same school but since she might still be too young, a recommendation for a great daycare would be great!

Thank you so much for your help!

If I could afford it, I'd send my kids to Anneliese Schools. We just moved from the Seattle area in June. Bright Horizons is so nice.

As far as I know LILA is the only French Immersion school around here.

Good luck.

Thank you. I'll check it out! How are you liking it down there after living in Seattle? I'm so nervous we won't like it. But are looking forward to the weather of course.

I'm from here, and we lived in Issaquah for 3 years. We're already planning on moving back to WA. We remembered all the things we didn't like about CA after we got back. The only pro to CA for us was being close to family (we have 2 toddlers and a baby on the way), but that's not enough to keep us from going back to WA. My husband works for Amazon, so he's going to transfer back in 2012 when he's done with his current project.

V. =)
