+1 for Eastside Costa Mesa. Diverse area with the nice/original housing, you get a mix of high and low/moderate income, left & right views, and all sorts of cultures & ethnicities. The closer you get to Irvine Blvd you generally get to more conservative neighborhoods (as well as closer to the John Wayne departure path).

Anyway, most people on my street are very friendly, and pretty liberal. If you don't mind living in a Hispanic neighborhood, you will find some liberal folks.
Like other posters have said, finding liberals in OC is very random, and you will pretty much only meet them if you go in search of them through groups online, and I am here to tell you, there really isn't even much in the way of even that in OC. Believe me, I feel like I am a lone wolf here sometimes. I have lived in places like Austin and other liberal cities, and there is nothing like the liberal communities there or other like minded places. Republicans would rather close National Parks, get rid of all environmental laws, non-privatized health care, etc. Good luck!
You would think someone like yourself with such a keen sense of observation would have noticed the OP posted about five months ago and has not been back since.

Illogical political posts have their own forum.

Way to be rude and presumptuous. You may have "observed" that some forum readers enjoy information regarding similar topics, and if there is information you know on the subject, then you are free to post it for a reader with a similar concern, in the same old thread. Just general forum stuff, you know. I don't see how there is anything illogical, but you must have decided to insult me, because of my leftie views. Typical.

So I guess I can't count on you for a rep point?

How utterly southern Californian. You've arrived!
