Texan would love to live in Laguna or Manhatten Beach but how do I afford it. I live in a 2400 sq ft home in SA that cost me $1200 a month.

Californian would love to live in Laguna or Manhatten Beach but how do I afford it. I live in a 1700 sq ft home in SoFo that cost me... that's none a yo beeswax.
