I just moved to the area and noticed there wasn't an informal, virtual meeting ground for Placentia residents. Anyone ever try to create a city-wide email / forum site?
Any advice on how to get it done?
I basically set up an email listserv through Yahoo Groups and created a forum on
Placentia Residents
The thing about my local neighborhood is that I think more than half may not have email or English is their second address.
