Anybody see the graffiti on the apartments to the right of the 22 East right before the City Drive exit? That's probably the most tagged up place I've seen around here. It's about as long as a football field all spraypainted up.

They are cutting the art programs in our public schools, these children need to express themselves and practice their artistic talents...huh? hahahahahahaha
