What is the difference between the two?

Does one have more or different vendors?

The HB website doesn't really mention the one on Tuesday.

Where is the one on Fridays?

The one tuesday is the street fair. IT is mostly just performers, local trinket vendors, food, and bar specials.

Friday is the one down next to the pier. This is more of an actual farmers market.

I've noticed that the one on Tuesday is more down the PCH, and the one on Friday is near the pier and that is more stores like clothing, arts, homemade food, and other food vendors, but I haven't seen fresh produce like the Tuesday ones have.

Difference? I'd say one puts a bigger emphasis on food. That's about all I remember.
