Just wondering if there's more to this list..
  • Trader Joe
  • Whole Foods
  • Grocery Outlet
  • Jons Market
  • There's this Eastern European market in Garden Grove (forgot the name but can find it if I search)
  • There's this German market in Huntington Beach around Beach and Edinger
  • There's another German restaurant that also sells meats and cookies in Costa Mesa (also forgot the name)

I'm particularly interested in imported Swiss Cheese and German sausages..

Gelson's? There's one in Irvine on Jeffrey. Also you might want to try and ask a cashier if they can start carrying whatever it is that you want. You know when they ask you, "Did you find everything you were looking for?" that's when you tell them what you want.

I've done it before (not at Gelson's) and they started carrying it a week later.

Hmmm... don't know about authentic German food, but we like this place for British imports...

Nina's Indian & British Grocery

It's where I get HP Brown Sauce and Marmite for my hubby as well as English chocolate. (Not to mention my English hubby gives the Indian take out a big thumbs up)
They also have Bangers, and Shepards pie in the frozen department, although if we want good Bangers and Mash, we usually go get it fresh at "The Old Ship" in Santa Ana! Awesome place! Try the Rhubarb Crumble with warm custard for dessert! Yum!

The Olde Ship British Pub & Restaurant

Euro Market in Old World Village on Center Ave in Huntington Beach (south of Mc Fadden, next to the 405)

Also, a few steps from Euro Market in the same Village is Eschenburg Deli. Not sure about meat since it's a very tiny deli.

Mattern
4327 E Chapman Ave, Orange (between Lewis and Haster, near Kaiser Permanente)

Globe Deli
1928 Harbor Blvd, Costa Mesa (north of W 19th St)

If I read the post correctly, the OP only wishes to find German sausages and cheese from Switzerland.
