We are relocating to Orange County, CA from Texas. We have lived in Aliso Viejo and Rancho Santa Margarita before. We are looking for a distressed homeowner who has a Citibank Mortgage loan that we can contract and setup a rental agreement with for the next 2 years. We need at least 3/4 bedroom home, 3 baths, 2 car garage. Would prefer Irvine, CA homes that are zoned to either University High School or Northwoods, although we would definitely consider other areas. Home built after 2000. If anyone has a home that would work, please contact me. Looking to move to orange county within the next 30 days.

Thank you.

Can Citibank Mortgage Loan direct you to someone? Just curious. I don't know a thing about this process.

No, Citibank ususally will not direct me to one home or agent in particular. Would prefer to deal directly with the homeowner because sometimes involving a real estate broker/agent may unecessarily increase the monthly amount. Would prefer to stay at $2500 and under per month.

Hi all...I am looking for a small affordable, family friendly town in orange county with great schools. This is for a single mom , massage therapist..hopefully if I have to commute it would only be half an hour tops. Thanks.

Where would you be commuting to?

Is it an absolute requirement that the home be owned by a distressed homeowner who has a loan with citibank? Are you looking for a detached home or would a condo work? There are about 8 properties (being handled by agents) with 3bd/3ba built after 2000 for under $2500/mo on the market in Irvine right now.
