Folks, I need to see my therapist every other week. I live in Irvine. His office is in North Hollywood. I have an irregular work schedule so I might be able to accommodate if there is a particular 3.5-hour gap during the week when there's absolutely no traffic. Is there? Or should I ask if he does Skype?

3:30 a.m. to 5 a.m. is usually pretty good. Watch your driving because the police assume everyone is drunk and because everyone is drunk. At 2 a.m. you may hit some bar closing traffic.

However any time of day there is a chance of hitting traffic. I have been locked in stop & go traffic through LA at 3 a.m. but it is probably rare.

Skype would be a good idea, or a local therapist. There are more than one.

Skype if he will. I can't even imagine that commute! I had a friend that commuted from Alhambra to Tustin and it was a horrible ordeal. I can't imagine Irvine to N.Hollywood.

You will need another therapist to work on your "commute issues"
