1. Anybody have an idea of which position pays $10-$11?

2. Why only part-time and not full-time positions being offered?

3. Doesn't 100 team members sound too much ? Considering it's located inside a mall (The Shops @ Mission Viejo), with NO drive-thru. What could be the reason for the need for so many employees ? Only one I can think of is to keep workers part time so they wouldn't have to give employees benefits (health, dental, medical) or what. From Huntington beach here, duno how busy it is at the mall, but have drove past it a few times.

4. Because it's one of the nicer gourmet Burger places and is considered a "Fast-Casual" restaurant experience, anybody know if tipping is required ?

Must have 5 years experience to make near-minimum wage. Are they joking?
$10-11 is likely line cook.

Looks like they are doing the interviews for both the Mission Viejo & Aliso Viejo locations. The Aliso Viejo location is the old Beach Pit BBQ on Aliso Creek.
